Setting up your Star TSP100 Bluetooth Printer

In this article, you will learn the best practices for setting up your Bluetooth receipt printer. To do so you will need a paper clip along with the power cord provided by the printer manufacturer. For instructions on how to connect your cash drawer please click here.

Setting up the TSP143III - BI

  1. Press the "RST" button on the back of the printer.

  2. While holding the "RST" button, turn the printer on by flipping the switch on the side to the "I" position.

  3. Hold the "RST" button for ten seconds after turning the printer on, then release the button.

  4. On your iPad or computer navigate to your "Bluetooth" settings and select the "Star TSP100" from the list

  5. Your printer is now connected and ready to use.
