If your state is Recreational, you can ring out anonymous customers but you’ll lose the ability to track rewards.
Create a customer
Regardless if it's for a medical patient or a retail customer that wants to be apart of your loyalty program, the process is the same. You’ll want to first want to navigate to Sales - Cashier Home and then create a New Customer by click the green New Customer button in the top right of the screen.
Fill out the following information, noting that the red asterisks mean it’s required information for our system. This does not mean that other information isn't required by your state to be entered. Please make sure to add anything that is required for compliance.
Finding a Deleted Customer
Filter by Is Deleted - Equals - True and then Undelete Item on the right will bring the customer back into existence.
