Brands aren’t required but it can help for organizational purposes. This can be used if you receive the same product from different suppliers and want to be able to track their sales as a whole. To add in a new one, go to Brands underneath Manage and click the green plus sign in the top right hand corner. Brands can also be a ways to differentiate between certain items and price points from a single vendor. Let’s say they send you top shelf flower and budlets, this can be separated for reporting purposes by creating brands.
