Confused about Discounts Vs Loyalty Points? Discounts are not based on how much they've spent but instead focus on Rules. Such as a Happy Hour or a discount for Veterans. Do you find yourself having one day of the week that's typically slower? Drive traffic by introducing a discount that will automatically be applied if you purchase on that day. Loyalty Points on the other hand are for customers to save up and apply to a future purchase. For example, every time a customer cumulatively spends $100, they can get 10% of their next order.
For discounts to appear on the Order screen, you'll first need to set them up. Go to Settings, and then Discounts, clicking the green plus button to create a new one.
