In this article, we go over the basic configuration of your receipt settings. It is important to note what size paper you are adding to your printer as this will determine the margin settings you include on this screen.

To navigate to your receipt settings, first, click “Settings” then click the “Print” tab found there and scroll down to receipt.

A. Logo uploader - You can add your logo by dragging and dropping the file here. Supported file types are .PNG, or PDF. There is no maximum file size, however, your image should be at least 100KB in size.

B. Width - Here you will set your paper stock size, the common sizes are 55mm, 72mm, and 80mm.

C. Top Margin - This setting controls the top margin of your receipt. It is recommended to start with a 0.1-inch margin and increase in size if needed.

D. Bottom Margin - This setting controls the margin at the bottom of your receipt. It Is recommended to start with a 0.1-inch margin and increase in size if needed.

E. Right Margin - This setting controls the margin on the right side of your receipt. It is recommended to start with a 0.1-inch margin and increase in size if needed.

F. Left Margin - This setting controls the margin on the left side of your receipt. It is recommended to start with a 0.1-inch margin and increase in size if needed.

A. Top Text - If you would like to include a customer greeting, or store information not generated by the following toggles you can include that here in the form of rich text.

B. Store Name - Enable this setting if you would like to pull the store name from your store settings to be input on your receipt.

C. Store Address - Enable this setting if you would like to pull the store address from the store settings to be input on your receipt.

D. Store Phone Number - Enable this setting if you would like to pull the store phone number from the store settings to be input on your receipt.

E. Store Website - Enable this setting if you would like to pull the store website from the store settings to be input on your receipt.

F. Store Email Address - Enable this setting if you would like to pull the store email address from the store settings to be input on your receipt.

G. Customer Details - Enable this setting if you would like to pull the customers’ details like loyalty point balance and customer name into your receipt.

H. Bottom Text - Like the top text, this is a rich text field that you can customize to include any information not automatically pulled with the above settings.
